Unlike traditional talk therapies, which may take longer to explore underlying issues, RTT is designed to reach the root more directly, supporting meaningful shifts in a shorter time frame. In a session, we start by exploring the area of life where you feel most blocked, whether that’s confidence, anxiety, self-sabotage, or challenges with habits and wellbeing. From there, we work together to identify and reframe the patterns that no longer serve you, creating space for new ways of thinking and being.
