My mission

With an MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour, a BSc in Clinical Herbal Medicine, and certifications in Hypnotherapy (RTT), Health & Wellness Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ayurvedic Nutrition, and Polyvagal-Informed Practice, I offer a fully integrative and evidence-based approach. 

 

I’m an Integrative Health Coach specialising in emotional eating, disordered eating patterns, and the deeper connection between our thoughts, habits, and health. My approach combines nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, and therapeutic tools to help you establish a sustainable and compassionate relationship with food—and with yourself.

My work is deeply personal. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles that don’t serve you. My own recovery from bulimia taught me the power of going beyond surface-level fixes and addressing the root causes—physically, emotionally, and behaviourally.

​

​I support clients in regulating their nervous systems, nourishing their bodies, and building the emotional resilience needed for long-term change. My sessions are a space to be real, feel safe, and move at your own pace—whether you're working through binge eating, burnout, blood sugar issues or low self-worth.

​

Outside of work, you’ll find me by the sea, appreciating nature, strength training at the gym, practising yoga, or brewing herbal tea blends in my kitchen. I’m based in Dorset and believe that when we feel safe in our bodies, everything begins to shift.
