These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Willow Woolf Integrative Health website and the purchase of any products or services offered through it. By accessing or using our website or purchasing our products/services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information Willow Woolf Integrative Health is owned and operated by Willow Woolf. You can contact us at willow@willowwoolf.co.uk.

2. Products and Services We provide holistic health services including nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, hypnotherapy, and the sale of natural health products. All products are intended for use as general wellbeing support and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Informed Consent and First Appointment In your first session, we will discuss and agree on the support you require from Willow Woolf Integrative Health. Working together, we will review the progress and aims as we go along. At this time, you must sign the bottom of the page to agree to the terms and conditions. Please speak with Willow Woolf if there is anything you would like clarified.

4. Payment Payment is required in advance of all appointments. Payments can be made by card via the online payment system. A debit or credit card number will be requested at the time of booking when booking online. If your therapist creates the booking/package for you, an invoice will be sent to you that is required to be paid in advance. Instalment payment plans are available for the 3-month and 6-month packages only.

5. Cancellations & No Shows Any missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Non-attendance of an appointment (no-shows) will also be charged in full. If you need to cancel an appointment at short notice, please let Willow Woolf know at your earliest convenience so we can reschedule your appointment. You can do this by emailing: willow.woolf@icloud.com. It is your responsibility to have a working internet connection for consultations via Video-link. Full consultation charges will apply for scheduled sessions that are unable to connect. There are no additional charges for phone consultations to a UK landline or mobile number. A 15-minute wait time frame will be applied to all sessions. Once 15 minutes of your appointment have elapsed, and you haven't arrived at your session, the session will be ended and will be classed a 'no-show'. If you are a no-show for your appointment, you will be sent another invite to book a new session, which will be deducted from your package. Refunds and rescheduled options will not be offered for no-shows.

6. Confidentiality Client confidentiality is treated seriously at Willow Woolf Integrative Health. There are, however, some limits and exceptions to confidentiality. If your therapist has serious concerns about your safety or the safety of another person, our confidentiality policy may be adjusted. You may be asked to provide your GP’s contact details as someone we may contact. Willow Woolf records your name, contact details, and appointment dates and times. Willow Woolf is required to keep brief notes about the focus of your work, which are kept securely. Any reports produced by Willow Woolf Integrative Health to evaluate the service contain anonymised data and will not contain any identifying information of clients. Please refer to our privacy policy on our website for more details.

7. Working with Multiple Practitioners Willow Woolf may suggest alternative therapies and recommend that you see other wellness professionals to support your goals. Information about your symptoms and condition will be discussed between team members in a secure area so that we can provide you with a coordinated treatment plan. Willow Woolf will ask for your informed consent to share information with the team and ask if there is anything that you want to remain confidential.

8. Scope of Practice Willow Woolf Integrative Health operates under the ethical frameworks of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), the Association for Nutrition (AFN), and the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists, and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH). Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in promoting health, peak performance, and individual care. Nutritional therapy practitioners assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances that may contribute to symptoms and health concerns. This approach supports each client’s journey toward optimal health, using personalised recommendations rather than a 'one size fits all' solution. Herbal Medicine complements the body’s natural healing processes, offering tailored herbal protocols in line with traditional and evidence-based practices. Hypnotherapy, including Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coaching, addresses deep-rooted emotional blocks, self-esteem issues, and behavioural patterns, supporting mental and emotional well-being. These services are not intended to replace medical care. We will always refer clients with red-flag symptoms to medical professionals and work collaboratively with other healthcare providers involved in a client’s care.
