Experience in the 12-Week Course:

🌱 CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Techniques

We’ll work on reducing binge eating episodes by changing the way you think about food. Together, we’ll break free from the “all or nothing” mindset and help you understand how your thoughts and feelings are linked to your eating behaviours.

🥦 Nutrition Support

You’ll learn how to restore your gut health and overall physical wellbeing. We’ll strip away old, unhelpful food rules and instead focus on how to nourish your body — not punish it. This is about building a healthy, balanced relationship with food.

🧠 Neuroscience & Habit Change

We’ll help you rewire your brain! You’ll learn how to break out of autopilot habits and emotional eating loops. I’ll teach you practical ways to self-soothe without turning to food, so you can build new, positive neural pathways.

💖 Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

You’ll learn how to be fully present in your body and mind. This part of the course will encourage you to prioritise self-care, let go of what’s no longer serving you, and separate your past from your present so you can move forward feeling lighter and more empowered.
