This gentle, ready-to-use herbal blend is crafted for ease and effectiveness. To prepare:

1. Measure
Add 1–2 heaped teaspoons of Urinary Harmony Tea per cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water.

2. Brew
Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover your cup or teapot to preserve the aromatic oils and active plant constituents.

3. Steep
Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, giving the herbs time to release their soothing and cleansing properties.

4. Strain
Strain the tea into your cup, removing the herbs.

5. Enjoy
Drink slowly and mindfully, ideally while warm, to support gentle urinary system balance and hydration.

The herbs in this blend — such as corn silk, marshmallow leaf, and cleavers — are traditionally described as cooling, moistening, and downward-moving. These qualities are said to help soften internal “heat,” ease tension, and encourage both physical and emotional release.

This tea is for those moments when you feel burnt out, irritated, or holding on too tightly — whether that shows up through your body, your emotions, or both. Crafted in Dorset and blended with care, Urinary Harmony Tea is an invitation to pause, reset, and restore balance from the inside out.
