This herbal blend is crafted to support your daily rhythm with ease and intention. To prepare:

1. Measure
Add 1–2 heaped teaspoons of Lymph Flow Tea per cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water.

2. Brew
Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover your cup or teapot to retain the essential oils and active plant constituents.

3. Steep
Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, giving the herbs time to infuse fully and release their nourishing properties.

4. Strain
Strain the herbs and pour your tea into your favourite cup.

5. Enjoy
Sip slowly and mindfully, allowing each cup to support gentle internal movement and clarity.
