At Willow Woolf Integrative Health, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. Each herbal tea and tincture is blended with care, and we aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used herbal teas, tinctures, or any consumable items.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at willow@willowwoolf.co.uk including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly—whether that means sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll be happy to cancel and issue a full refund.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days. During busy periods or for small-batch blends, please allow a little extra time as each product is prepared with care.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the UK. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Add 1–2 heaped teaspoons of Joint Ease Tea per cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water.

2. Brew
Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover your cup or teapot to retain the therapeutic oils and nutrients.

3. Steep
Let the tea steep for 10–15 minutes to allow the minerals and plant compounds to fully infuse.

4. Strain
Strain and pour into your favourite cup.

5. Enjoy
Sip slowly, allowing the warmth to nourish your joints and calm your nervous system.

Optional Enhancements:

• Add a slice of fresh ginger for a warming boost

Precautions – Joint Ease Tea

• Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) contains naturally occurring alkaloids; it is not recommended for long-term use unless under the guidance of a qualified practitioner.
