1. Measure
Add 1–2 heaped teaspoons of Glow & Renew Tea per cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water.

2. Brew
Pour the hot water over the herbs and cover your cup or teapot to preserve the aromatic oils and active plant constituents.

3. Steep
Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, giving the herbs time to infuse and release their nourishing properties.

4. Strain
Strain the herbs and pour into your favourite cup.

5. Enjoy
Sip slowly and mindfully, allowing each cup to hydrate, replenish, and support your inner glow.

• Cleavers (Galium aparine): Generally well tolerated, though individuals with very low blood pressure should consult a healthcare professional.

• Rose Hip (Rosa canina): Naturally high in vitamin C and may gently stimulate digestion in sensitive individuals.

• Not recommended during pregnancy unless advised by a qualified practitioner.

• Always consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

• Not suitable for children.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
