This ready-to-use tea blend is crafted for your convenience. To enjoy:

Measure: Add 1–2 heaped teaspoons of Calm & Clarity Tea blend per cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water.

Brew: Pour the hot water over the tea and cover the cup or teapot to trap the steam and preserve the delicate properties of the herbs.

Steep: Let the tea steep for 5–15 minutes to fully release its benefits. The longer, the better.

Strain: Remove the tea leaves by straining and pour the brewed tea into your cup.

Enjoy: Sip slowly, allowing the calming effects to wash over you.

Optional Additions:

• Sweeten with raw honey to enhance the tea’s gentle flavour.

Calm & Clarity Tea was born from my deep passion for herbal healing and my personal journey in finding emotional resilience.

During my training as a medical herbalist, I had the privilege of completing an internship in the Siskiyou Mountains of Southern Oregon. I spent an entire summer immersed in nature, learning from the plants in their natural habitat. It was during this time that I truly understood the magic they hold—the way they communicate, nourish, and heal. This experience deepened my connection to herbal medicine and inspired me to create this blend, infusing it with the same wisdom and care I witnessed in the wild.

Each herb in this tea has been carefully chosen for its ability to support the nervous system, ease stress, and promote a sense of wellbeing. This tea reflects my belief that healing starts from within, and I hope it becomes a comforting ritual for those seeking peace in their daily lives.

• Your responses will be personally reviewed by Willow Woolf, qualified Medical Herbalist, as part of an individual professional assessment.

• Based on this assessment:

  • A personalised herbal preparation may be supplied as part of your care plan, where appropriate, or

  • A live consultation may be recommended before any herbal support is provided, or

  • Alternative non-herbal recommendations may be suggested if herbal support is not suitable at this stage.

• Where herbal preparations are supplied, you will receive clear usage guidance and safety information.
