I’ve never felt so confident in my skin… and it started in the quiet of a morning ritual.
It’s early. The light is just starting to creep through the curtains. I pad into the kitchen, barefoot, and put the kettle on. As the water begins to hum, I take a jar from the shelf, one of my own herbal blends, and measure a spoonful into my favourite mug.
